Bumble and bumble’s Lead Editorial Stylist on their new Thickening Mousse and Creme Contour.

Bigger is always better. Just ask Bumble and bumble Editorial Stylist Jimmy Paul, who helped co-create the brand’s new Thickening Full Form Mousse and Thickening Creme Contour. “I’ve always used Bb. Thickening Hairspray in my editorial work, but really wanted to push the thickening effect further,” says Paul. “My fantasy is to give the illusion of more hair.” Paul worked with Bumble and bumble’s team to develop the new products for nearly two years. “The Full Form Mousse really gives incredible volume and the great thing about the Creme Contour is that, if you ever do a style and it feels too ‘uptown’ or old-fashioned, you add a bit of the creme to give it a more lived-in, modern finish.” Inspired by Bumble and bumble’s new larger-than-life launches, we asked Paul to think big and share his ultimate wish list. MODE OF TRANSPORTATION: “Unlimited first class tickets! I don’t want my own plane. I don’t want a fancy car because I don’t drive. I don’t even want a car and driver!”

VACATION SPOT: “My own private cabin in Provincetown; a permanent bungalow at a swanky Beverly Hills hotel.”

HOME DÉCOR: “A ’60s pop art original.”

PET: “A grey pit-bull puppy.”

ACCESSORY: “Great shoes! Brogues in every style and color. Great quality shoes are a must since I’m on my feet all the time.”

DREAM PROJECT: “My own line of wigs!”
